  • Our gourmet kitchens are designed for both the serious chef and the frequent entertainer. Every residence features:

    • Premium Surfaces: Designer quartz countertops paired with custom cabinetry featuring soft-close doors and drawers.
    • Professional Appliances: A full suite of stainless steel appliances, including gas ranges for precision cooking.
    • Elevated Details: Thoughtful touches like under-cabinet lighting for ambiance and pneumatic (air button) garbage disposals for a sleek, seamless counter look.
    • The Hub: Many of our floor plans also feature oversized islands, perfect for your morning espresso or as a centerpiece for evening gatherings.
  • Yes. Many of our lofts and larger floor plans offer dedicated nooks or “flex” spaces. Additionally, our clubhouse and library-style co-working spaces offer high-speed Wi-Fi and quiet corners for your Zoom calls.

  • Depending on the floor plan, our homes feature expansive ceiling heights ranging from 9 to over 15 feet in our loft units, accented by floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize natural light.

Application & Leasing Logistics

  • Our standard security deposit is $600, though this may vary based on credit screening results. We also use Snappt to verify all application documentation to ensure a secure and fair leasing process for everyone.

  • The application fee is $45 per applicant. For specific administrative or holding fees, please refer to our “Calculate My Costs” tool on the website or contact our leasing office.

  • We offer a variety of flexible lease terms ranging from 3 to 14 months to fit your specific relocation needs.

Modern Technology & Convenience

  • Yes, we provide on-site EV charging stations as a rentable item! We also provide community chargers with a 4-hour charging window.

  • We use a secure package locker system from Parcel Pending. You’ll receive a text or email notification with a unique code as soon as your delivery arrives, allowing you to pick it up 24/7.

  • Our homes are integrated with climate control systems that you can manage directly from your smartphone, providing both convenience and energy efficiency.

Parking & Fees

  • We offer reserved parking within our controlled-access garage. The first parking space is included in the community fee which ranges from $350-380 per month. 

  • We are a very pet-friendly community! We allow up to 2 pets per home. There is a one-time pet fee of $600 and monthly pet rent of $50 per pet.

  • We offer a “Total Monthly Leasing Price” model to prevent surprises. While base rent is separate, we bundle mandatory services like trash and tech into a monthly community package. Expect to pay approximately $350-$380 per month for this bundled service.

For Current Residents (Logistics)

  • We offer convenient valet trash pickup Sunday through Thursday evenings. Please place your tied bags inside the provided bin outside your door between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

  • Street parking is available for guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are required.
